My bulldog is not like most bulldogs. He is not lazy and in fact likes to run around. This is not advisable for bulldogs since they are usually out of breath most of the time after a short activity. Whenever I bring my bulldog with me in my car he is always running around and in the back seat. I decided to get him a dog safety harness to keep him restrained. A dog safety harness can be strapped to the car’s seatbelt.
If you are familiar with bulldogs, you’ll know it is a stocky dog with short legs. It doesn’t have a neck. A bulldog is usually not as graceful or as agile as Labrador retrievers and other dogs that run or hunt. One time when I was driving before I got the dog safety harness, I hit the brakes and he flew inside my car. That’s when I decided to get a dog safety harness. It fits him comfortably and allows him a little but keeps him restrained for the most part. My only problem now is he’s getting too fat and is nearing the maximum weight of the harness.
