Weird Dog Sleeping Positions

I am there with other dog lovers who like to provide comfort to their furry friends. I am all for getting them a no-nonsense dog bed. Maybe, a little bit on the upscale side if that is what will provide the most comfort. A circular fleece covered slumber bed with bolster all around will be just fine. But you cannot convince me to get one of those $200 luxury dog beds that are made to order and come complete with throw pillows.

The important thing is that the bed that you choose fits your dog’s sleeping style. Small dogs prefer to curl up so it will be very comfortable in a circular bed. Our old family dog liked to sleep with his head hanging out. He liked to take a nap on stair steps with his head hanging out at the end. Sometimes he slept under the table with his head propped on the foot brace just like humans would sleep with a pillow. Dogs can be crazy creatures; that is what makes them so lovable.
