cat litter box

We get mad when our pet cat refuses to relieve himself in the litter box. We think that he is just a spoiled pet that doesn’t care about cleanliness and healthy living. That is from the point of view of human beings. Let us stop for a while and look at things from the point of view of the cat. If you were a cat, would you want to use a cat litter box?

I surely would, under certain conditions. I would expect that my litter box is cleaned out often enough. Every time I use it, if possible. I would use it if it were not placed in such an inconvenient location. I surely would visit my box more often if it were not too small for my size. Considering that my humans fail to see my littering needs, I will continue to litter just about anywhere I fancy.
